The first potion on the interview was a brief coverage of my previous experience, pretty basic. Then the second half of the interview was all about getting to know me, my interest both in and out of work. They often try to match your interviewer with someone who graduated from the same school as you or from the same area so it makes it easier for you to have similar interests.

First interview was very simple. Just asked about past experience and what work I did, as well as what work I am looking or willing to do. It seemed like they were mainly looking for a culture fit.

3 step hiring process. 1st with a hiring manager, then a 30min teams call with CM, PM etc. and last part they will ask you to come for an in person interview, interviewed twice.
