Interview
The set up was casual, friendly, and also straight to the point. The questions weee all relates to the job description and the experience I had for me to fit that role. The questions were fairly standard. The people were very nice.

What is one thing you think stands out about yourself?
Super quick initial call that lasted about 30 mins mainly talking about logistics with some basic question and some questions pertaining to things on my resume
Recruiter was really nice and did most of the talking.
The interviewer was super easy to talk to. There were no technical questions, they hire solely based on your attitude to learn and how much research you did on the company
2-hour interview comprised of "mini" interviews with different groups, focused on different areas of work. Detailed questions about previous work, communication skills, and business development. Mostly "tell me about a time when" and "what was your role in x job" questions
