The overall interview process took about 4 weeks. I applied online and was contacted the very next day for a phone screen interview for the following week. The phone screen took about a half an hour about the organization, what the role will consist of and your previous experiences. Exactly a week later after the phone screen I was contacted by the recruiter to do an in-person interview at a different office location. A week later I was then invited to a Skype Interview for the office I will be working at.
pretty light, mostly conversational nothing too technical. They as about your resume and stuff to get to know you. Mine was like half an hour over the phone and the recruiter lady was nice.
