Slow at first but very involved once the first interview was scheduled. Very sociable and eager to stay in contact and answer questions. Had two skype interviews and met with most if not all of the LA team. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer questions I had. They were quick to follow up via email.

Super quick initial call that lasted about 30 mins mainly talking about logistics with some basic question and some questions pertaining to things on my resume
Recruiter was really nice and did most of the talking.
The interviewer was super easy to talk to. There were no technical questions, they hire solely based on your attitude to learn and how much research you did on the company
2-hour interview comprised of "mini" interviews with different groups, focused on different areas of work. Detailed questions about previous work, communication skills, and business development. Mostly "tell me about a time when" and "what was your role in x job" questions
