Got a call over the phone for a a quick question on my background and why I am a fit for the position. The lady was nice and the chat went well. Would pursue again.
Applied online and received a call from HR in about 3+ weeks.
3 Rounds of in-person interview followed by 2 writing tests.
Although probably necessary to test out the skills/qualifications of the candidate, I felt the interview process was a bit excessive.
Recruiter emailed and interviewed for about 30 minutes. Then we set up an in-person interview at the office with the entire team that took around 1-2 hours. Members of the team not in office would call in. They would interview you in rounds.

Question 1
What is one thing you're excited to leave behind and one thing you'll miss at your current job
The recruiter got my hopes up but it's a three-step process. They don't have work-life balance and they are looking for people who are result oriented. It goes from a phone call to a video then to in-person. The recruiters are friendly but misleading at times
