Interview
Very straight forward from a career fair. Three minute face to face, invited to an info session and dinner where they then determined a follow up interview the next day. The formal interview was very relaxed and the recruiter was incredibly polite. Was told my recommendation was being forwarded on for an in office interview later this month.

Tell us about a technical issue that you had a major breakthrough with and how you accomplished it.

Interview
Straight forward, expectations were discussed and future prospects. Bringing in potential clients and discussing new networking opportunities. Some technical questions. Also shareholder opportunities and potential bonuses were discussed for career projection.
I first had a phone interview with HR/a recruiter from Kimley Horn, and after that I was brought in for an in-person interview. It was not a very difficult process. I did decline the offer.
Standard interviews with HR as well as hiring manager and respective team members. For applicants who are coming directly from school, be prepared to present on a project you worked on to demonstrate your ability in engineering/planning.
