I first talked to a recruiter at my school's career fair and later that day she set up an online interview with her. The interview was only about 30 minutes and was mostly to clarify what my interests and experience were. About a week later we set up an interview with four engineers. The interview was very laid back and they asked me questions about my resume and interests. They contacted me a few days later.
pretty light, mostly conversational nothing too technical. They as about your resume and stuff to get to know you. Mine was like half an hour over the phone and the recruiter lady was nice.

Initial phone call interview with a recruiter. It was a short phone call that lasted about 15 minutes. They asked about my background, some specific questions about items in my resume, and asked if I had any questions at the end.
