Interview
You begin by doing a small interview at job fair. A week or 2 later you get a phone call with HR, finally a interview with 3 team members 45 min total. Very casual conversation and very inclusive people.
Not bad, panels of 2 people for 30 minutes for a total of 90 minutes. got a good idea of the team and what i would be doing. talked a lot about the company culture
Super quick initial call that lasted about 30 mins mainly talking about logistics with some basic question and some questions pertaining to things on my resume
Recruiter was really nice and did most of the talking.
The interviewer was super easy to talk to. There were no technical questions, they hire solely based on your attitude to learn and how much research you did on the company
