I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Austin, TX) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process at Kimley-Horn has been the most well-organized and efficient I've had yet. The process only took roughly three weeks from a recruiter call –virtual team interview – one page assignment – in-person interview – follow up call to an offer! It's not a difficult interview as long as you keep it conversational. I respect KH for conducting such a seamless process and I'm excited to begin work.

Question 1
The interview questions here vary based on the team, position, and your own experience. But be prepared to at least answer a question on how you are able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Got a call over the phone for a a quick question on my background and why I am a fit for the position. The lady was nice and the chat went well. Would pursue again.
Recruiter emailed and interviewed for about 30 minutes. Then we set up an in-person interview at the office with the entire team that took around 1-2 hours. Members of the team not in office would call in. They would interview you in rounds.

Question 1
What is one thing you're excited to leave behind and one thing you'll miss at your current job
The recruiter got my hopes up but it's a three-step process. They don't have work-life balance and they are looking for people who are result oriented. It goes from a phone call to a video then to in-person. The recruiters are friendly but misleading at times
