I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kimley-Horn (Austin, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
This interview was a phone-interview after speaking with a recruiter at a College Fair. They told me they would call at x time on x date, and that time came and went, no call. I contacted the recruiter and person who emailed me with the details, and was able to reschedule. The interviewer seemed to be uninterested and in a rush to get off the phone, even before asking me any questions. In the end the interview lasted about 25 minutes (scheduled for 30), and was probably my worst experience yet.
pretty light, mostly conversational nothing too technical. They as about your resume and stuff to get to know you. Mine was like half an hour over the phone and the recruiter lady was nice.
