The process was quick. I got a call from the hotel with some preset questions and was invited for a phone interview with the director. She was dismissive, uninterested in the phone call, and when i asked her questions about what she looks for in a strong candidate, and how success is measured in the role, she laughed at sneered at the attempt to genuinely get a better understanding of what the role and company are like. Word of advice for people who are hiring: an interview is not just a one way method for you to screen candidates, it is in turn, also a screening on yourself because the candidate has to assess if they want to actually work there.
