It happen right away after I submitted my resume on their online application. they call me and next day I was in the interview with Center Director. That took like 25 minutes and I was in. Next day I received the e mail with the proposal and I Logged in and signed online and filled out personal information in the web site so I was ready to start
The interview process was quick, and they were very kind and open to listening to my ideas. I arrived, and they were ready on time for me. The process afterwards was nice as well; they had me observe classrooms to see which I enjoyed most.

Interview
You will meet the director of the center, be ready to discuss your educational background, certifications (like CPR, First Aid, or a CDA - Child Development Associate credential), and any relevant experience. Have copies of your resume, references, and any licenses or certifications handy. Get a tour of the center as well as meeting the other teachers.

Expect questions about why you chose a career in early childhood education and what you find most rewarding about the work.
Interview was in person and lasted about 20 minutes comprising of background, experience, and situational interview questions. Interview was with assistance director and director of the center. Tour of the center was given following the interview.
