Scheduled interview via phone and then I had to be fingerprinted. Also, they need to have a recent health exam with everything up to date plus they run a background check.

I was referred to the opening by a friend who was a school age teacher at KinderCare. I brought in my resume and met with the director, and we scheduled a formal interview. When I came for my interview I was asked questions and then I spent some time in the classroom. I believe they did a background check on me, etc. and once I was officially hired I began training.
