Met with site director, Did a tour of the building, Completed interview. Came back a week later and did a trial run with the director in a classroom that involved working directly with the children.

What interests you most about working with children?
The assistant interview was very straight forward. got back to me in a reasonable time frame. Overall the interview lasted less than an hour and they gave me a tour of the building the same day.
Interview was very easy. Got a response back within days. Initial interview by a hiring manager then interview with center director, got hired the same day. Took about two weeks.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at KinderCare Learning Centers (Bristow, VA)

long, multiple times coming in. Often working during those times alone, learning certain things and asking questions. Sometimes staying a whole day working with another teacher. Often floated around difrerent rooms to get a gauge of what the center was like
