The director met me and asked me questions regarding my experience. She walked me to the classroom which were super busy and I got to see the classroom management. The director was honest and said she need consistency in the class and more structure.

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.

I was invited to one hour on site interview with center director. I was asked about my previous experience with kids, teamwork, my qualities, concerns, situation type questions, and things like that.
