I applied online. I interviewed at Kiva (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2019
Interview
It entailed a written interview and three separate online calls with three managers one notch higher than the position I was interviewing for, a senior manager that I would be reporting to and the head of the department. Generally, I didn't think they asked anything that could make an average applicant fail the interview. All these interviews seemed to me very subjective.
