Highly unprofessional throughout the interview process. Does not understand if you need to reschedule for personal reasons and if you are in a different time zone.
Do not recommend it if you are looking to move into a friendly place to work.

Question 1
Probability, bayes, study design - very probability and stats heavy
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Klaviyo (Boston, MA) in Dec 2023
Interview
Low-quality interviewers just take interviews for time pass. If they feel you are more than good they will reject you. The person who took my interview never bothered to introduce himself what the company is doing what kind of projects they are working on, and what positions they are trying to hire.
He started with a dice question and thought I would struggle to solve it for some time, but I was able to solve the problem quickly and able to answer with precision then the Python question with simulation on the dice and he was expecting I'll take a long time to solve, but the moment he asked me the question I knew how to solve the problem and I explained him as I started to code and was able to solve much quicker with 15mins to spare for some reason he felt offended. I tried to ask questions about the role and the company's work culture but he declined to answer any and closed the call abruptly even though I wanted to learn more about the company.
