Interview
Referred to the position by a KlientBoost employee. Applied online, uploaded my resume and attached my LinkedIn profile. Received a call from the recruiter, Katie, about a week and a half after applying. Our phone call was about 15 minutes long and focused predominantly around culture fit. She asked about my personal and professional background and what was important to me in my career. At the end of our chat, she said she would be sending an invite for a digital interview with one of the Account Managers. I received the invite within the hour and confirmed the Google Meets interview for the following week. My interview with the Account Manager lasted about an hour and was fairly casual. We talked about my background and skills and I was able to ask a handful of questions about the position and the company. Aside from the professional questions, he also asked some 'getting to know me' questions and was able to connect on a more personal and fun level, which made the interview process more relaxed. After our interview, I was asked to take a digital skill assessment and DISC assessment- which is a personality assessment tool that helps explain your behavior towards others and everyday things you do. About a week and a half after submitting my assessments, I heard from Jenn, the Director of Happiness, via email and was offered the position.
