I had an initial interview with a recruiter, who remained my primary point of contact throughout the process. This was followed by a joint interview with the COO and Lead SEO Strategist; a joint interview with the VP of People, VP of Performance Marketing, and President; and a final interview with the Founder/CEO. KB's recruiter was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible throughout the interview process. The organization was insightful in their questioning, welcomed feedback at every stage, and offered support and well wishes when I ultimately decided to go with another opportunity (through no fault of KB's!).
