It was a very quick process, way quicker than any other company that I have interviewed with. It began with an initial phone screening then an in-person interview, which I met with 3 different people. It was a casual and relaxed interview which even included a tour of the building (awesome view of Clearwater beach). After my in-person interview, I was given an at home assessment to complete along with a practice assignment to test my skills. A day or 2 after that I received an offer.
