The whole interview process went very smooth. Isabel was very helpful during it’s entirety. Everybody that I interviewed with(Isabel, Chase and Merlin)were very friendly and open. I got a very good feeling that they truly enjoyed their jobs.

First was emailed and asked to complete a logic/math test which was simple questions and to answer as many as possible (50 total). After that, fill out a personality assessment which contained statements which you would respond to (Strongly Agree, Strongly Disagree, etc.). After that, the recruiter emailed me to figure out a time to schedule the first interview. The first interview was easy, basic questions like "Tell me about your past experiences", "What do you know about KnowBe4", along with some technical questions of course. Upon completion of that interview, you set up a zoom interview to talk to two members of the Support team. The Zoom interview was awesome. Of course I felt a little nervous at first, but they made me feel extremely comfortable immediately. It was a very good interview and very fun as well. The three people I've spoken to exclaim how much they love working there, everyone lifts each other up and helps out. They talked about the company, the day to day, and everything in between while answering any questions I had.The Zoom interview lasted around and hour and ended in a roleplay scenario where you "help a customer". Then they talked about the next steps where they would give the recruiter feedback, and she would call me soon. They work very fast and got back to me the next day! They called me to tell me that they would contact my references and get back to me. Then they called back after an hour to offer me the role! Super painless process, I would recommend to anyone.
