KnowBe4 Order Processor interview questions

I received an email asking to schedule a phone interview for the following day. I spoke with a team expansion specialist who asked some basic questions and briefly explained KnowBe4’s culture and the job. Next step was a zoom assessment in Google Apps and an aptitude test along with a personality/cultural test. A few days after, there was a zoom interview with the recruiter, team lead and manager I would potentially be working under. All the interviews were super relaxed and very comfortable. A day or two later, I received a phone call from the team expansion specialist with an offer for the job! Huge shout out to Emmy who was soo friendly, prompt and informative and kept me constantly updated on the status of my interview process! This is by far the best hiring process I’ve ever experienced.

I want to start by saying that I am very disappointed at how unprofessional a company with this number of high reviews can be. I applied for the order processor position, after a week got an email from a recruiter who was interested in setting up a phone interview. The phone interview went pretty smooth, they just asked some questions about my background and experience and moved on to set up another interview with the hiring managers. In the meantime I was told to complete 1 personality assessment and 1 IQ assessment. The second interview was done on zoom with the hiring managers. In the beginning of the interview I had to complete another assessment that tested some basic knowledge on google sheets and internet research skills. I managed to finish the assessment way under the expected time and had no mistakes, the recruiter was very impressed with the results which made me feel more comfortable. The remainder of the interview went really smooth, all hiring managers were extremely freidnly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. After the interview I felt really strong about the job because both recruiter and the hiring managers gave me very positive feedback. They told me I will be contacted within a couple of days to get the results. 4 days later after not hearing anything I decided to email my recruiter for any updates, did not get a response. I waited another weekend and contacted my recruiter again on Monday after not getting any response or updates just to hear that they have moved on to another applicant. I am not really sure why I got denied since I did really good on all assessments and got really positive feedbacks from the hiring managers, but the worst part is the fact that I was not getting any responses from anyone for days regarding my application. It is very unprofessional for a company this size to have recruiters that don't respond to emails, if I didn't contact my recruiter they would never tell me I did not get the job.
