I applied online. I interviewed at KnowBe4 (North Charleston, SC)
Interview
Only made it to the first role play and then received an e-mail stating they were not moving forward with my application. I have years of sales experience and I'm sure I'm above averaged at doing an initial call where you are simply qualifying a lead and I'm being modest. In my opinion, Knowbe4 wants recruits to spend a lot of time researching their company, solution and pricing prior to doing a role play with a pre set scenario. The feedback you receive is as though you worked for the company for years and you should know everything about the solution. You are graded on a non-disclosed point system. If a company is offering feedback /criticism right after your role play is finished, then they are keeping score. But that's okay - I believe we are all a work in progress and can always improve in all areas of life, especially work. I know a lot of recruits here have/had/and will have a different recruiting experience but it took me a month after I sent my resume to hear back - then another week to get a first interview and another week to make it to the sales role play. I agree with a lot of people on here - the people are really nice, friendly and engaging. To be honest, I probably would have declined the next round of role play just because their hiring process is too long - and I don't want to go through a 2 month hiring process only to not be offered the job. Keep in mind, this is a entry level sales position with a month long training after you are hired. If you want the job, learn all you can about the company, products and read their case studies before you role play.

Question 1
They asked a very specific question about when you are closing a sale - what if you are a third call with the prospect, and they are reluctant to move forward with buying your product, what we you say? or something like that
Hello and thank you for the feedback. It is very important for us to provide a great interview experience to all of our candidates, so we take all feedback provided here seriously.
Due to the sheer volume of positions we have available, it can take some time to hear back on your initial application but from there the process is very fast. It’s often said that getting a new job is similar to dating - both parties have to be a good fit for each other for it to work out. In this case, it sounds like it wasn’t a perfect match, but we wish you the best of luck finding the perfect position for you!
