KnowBe4 Senior Project Coordinator interview questions

Most amazing interview! However for the second round of the interview I was asked to plan their holiday party and be creative! I let them know I couldn’t plan a party and donate my time, but asked for an alternative measure to prove my skills. They determined I wasn’t a good fit because I wouldn’t plan their holiday party for free. (And I really didn’t have the time.. working mom) I was wildly disappointed as the interview was amazing and I feel I would have been awarded the position. But if this is how they sneakily get their parties planned without having to pay for it… I find wildly unprofessional. They even said it’s standard practice. They have several planned parties from candidates who didn’t get the job…and I bet their in a file waiting to be used. Budgets, venues, pricing and catering.. already put together in a “creative” presentation.
