The interview process at this company was fast and the recruiting team had very clear and open communication with me throughout the process. Once I was selected for an interview, I had a phone conversation with a recruiter who was very knowledgeable and experienced with the department I was going to be working in. There was a second interview over Zoom with the same recruiter plus two directors of the department. I was able to show my knowledge and experience very easily and ask questions about the role for which I was interviewing. There was also a segment where we did a roleplay of a theoretical call and we had to simulate reaching out to a supervisor for assistance. After the second interview, they reached out to my references and then very quickly contacted me with a job offer. They told me that they move quickly at KnowBe4 and are proud of it; this definitely showed in the interview process.
