It was barely even structured. There was no plan, no questions that pertained to the job, all they cared about was filling an immediate position, with out concern who might actually be working for them. This made for a high turnover

I was hired atypically, in fact I never really went through an interview. If they're hiring and you have a CNA license, who knows maybe you'll skip the interview process as well.
