Kohl's Freight Associate interview questions

Quick and easy process. Manager was fun to talk to and very easy to talk to. No pressure at all during the interview. Told me what the job entails and what extra things I may have to do if the store gets extremely busy. Gave me info about benefit programs and also how Kohl's does volunteer work for various organization that you can participate in. After asking some simple interview questions, I was told that i would receive a call in 3 days. I came to work the 3rd day!

i came in and sat down and introduced myself to a man named adam who said he was the manager the guy asked some questions then hired me. he then said to come back for orientation that following monday and that i would start the job from there and that was the entire interviewing process from beginning to the very end
