I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Oklahoma City, OK) in Sep 2011
Interview
I filled out an application in person last week and was called back for an interview this week. I arrived early, shopped around the store and checked in five minutes before the interview was scheduled. The manager that I spoke with was dressed in jeans and a top for "Casual Friday." She seemed very friendly.
I was informed that they only hire part-time employees. Management are the only ones guaranteed 40 hrs a week. This is fine for me as I am looking for work during the day while the kids are at school.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Lynchburg, VA)
Interview
Good, over the phone and the worker was kind and clear overall. Would have preferred in person. Questions were clear and relevant to the job and that made me feel like they would be focused at the job
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Denton, TX) in Sep 2023
Interview
They asked a lot of questions you would expect when applying for a management or customer service position. Including a time when I went above and beyond expectations and job requirements. They didn't fit very well considering it was just to stock the store. They also asked about customer interaction and how I would handle certain situations with customers--yet again, it was for a stock position and not customer service or sales.
