I initially met with recruiters at an on-campus career fair. They asked me a few questions and signed me up for an on-campus interview for the following week.
The first interview, on campus, was with a district manager and local store manager. They first asked me to tell them about myself, very informally in order to get comfortable. After that, they asked me some standard behavioral questions. Both the district manager and store manager were very easy to talk to, extremely informative, and I was very comfortable throughout the whole process. They told me then that they were interested in a second interview which would be at another site, a Kohl's store.
That second and final interview was at a Kohl's store. It consisted of one-on-one interviews with two executives, a tour around the store, and a group presentation to 2-3 executives. Again, they asked standard behavioral questions and spoke with each of the applicants both formally and informally. It was very networking oriented and we got a chance to ask questions about the position as well as the company. After that process we were told that we would be contacted the following week about their decision.
The company got back to me very quickly and offered me the position, I accepted.
