Interview
Went in as a group, asked about 5 questions total. We each went around and discussed openly. Such an easy and comforting interview, knew I nailed it the second it was over.
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
