The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fullerton, CA) in May 2011
Interview
There were 10 of us being interviewed in the same room with the manager. He was about 30 minutes late an we wer all just sitting in the room getting to know eachother. When he came in he sat at a table infront of us and asked us different questions in no particular order. As he was doing this, he was placing our apps in different piles. The interview was very very easy and lasted about 45 minutes. The manager left again and was literally gone for another 30 minutes with us all in that room. When he finally came back, he told everyone they could leave except for 6 of us who " filled out some paperwork incorrectly". When the others left he told us that we got the job and we filled out tax forms and other things. We also sulet up our training dates(not very informative at all).

Question 1
How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
