Interview
It was a group interview with myself and three other people. It was pretty quick and painless; they asked a few scenario questions and then basic stuff about availability.

Question 1
If a customer in front of you needed help, you were being called on the walkie, and you still needed to clean the fitting rooms, what would you do first?
It was easy and simple. Only 1 round and then offer sent through email. Should we easy to answer questions if you look into the company. Not hard at all
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Phoenix, AZ)
Interview
This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
