I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Lafayette, IN) in Apr 2012
Interview
Applied online, while they were doing a remodel, got a call for an interview. The interview was a group interview with about 6 other people. They ask questions to the whole group and you take turns answering each one. Make sure you aren't just answering to the manager, look at all the other interviewers as well to show you are outgoing. After the questions, they'll step outside and talk, once they come back in, if they let you leave, you were not hired...if you stay, you were hired. No call backs, if you make it through the interview, you're hired.
