Interview
Got a call for a group interview - I arrived early, and they told me to wander around the store while waiting for the other candidates. Four other people showed up, and we were led to the back room. We sat around a table, and the two interviewers asked each of us the same question (with a different person answering first every time) - a total of maybe 6-8 questions. Then we filled out some lengthy paperwork, and they explained about the company and asked if we had any questions.

Question 1
Fairly standard questions. "What's something you disliked about your previous job?"
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
