I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Columbia, SC) in Sep 2013
Interview
I went to a career fair at my school, and talked with one of the associates there, and left my resume. I received an email a little later saying they were interested in my application. The next interview I went to was 15 minutes, and very simple. The guy I talked to had a list of questions, all very simple. I left feeling confident, but I still wasn't sure if this was what I wanted. I received another email saying I had made it to the last interview. This interview was much longer. I was with 3 other people, we were taken on a tour of the store. After that we worked together as a group on a case study, again very simple. As we worked we were watched by about 5 other recruiters. Then we were split up and had 2 one on one interviews. The people who interviewed me were very friendly. They gave the impression that this was a great company to work for. However, when I spoke with the last guy, we kind of discovered this job was not really what I was looking for. I still left with a very positive experience.

Interview
It was very simple and was actually enjoyable. Everyone I interviewed with was super friendly and easy to talk to! I first had a one on one interview with a nearby store manager. Then my second interview came a few weeks later. It was a group interview with an easy case study/ presentation. Then there were two one on one interviews with a store manager and then the Division Manager.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kohl's (Wilmington, DE) in Mar 2018
Interview
The interviewer was nice and friendly. I left with positive feeling but it was heartbreaking to realize when I didn't get the job, especially when I was really looking forward to it.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you didn't get what you think you deserved?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's in Feb 2017
Interview
The interview process was very negative. There were two women and one of them did not seem interested in me at all. She seemed to force my answers to be short when she would look down at her paper and start saying her next question. I did not feel comfortable during the interview and she made me just want to walk out the door. She was not a very good interviewer.
