I applied, and shortly after was contacted to do a leetcode-y set of problems. Two days later I flew out along with many others for a round of on site interviews. Everyone was very nice and casual, and it was a great experience.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Overall good, only one round, verbal asking about resume and technologies I am familiar with. Was about an hour, interviewer was very nice. Got the offer about two weeks later from recruiter phone call.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Kohl's (River Falls, WI) in Feb 2024
Interview
Multiple rounds. I made it through the first 2, but got rejected on the third. First one is behavioral, then you have 2 whiteboarding questions, one is around leetcode easy, the other around medium. Not sure about rounds after that.

Describe one situation you were working on a team with conflicting viewpoints.
I interviewed at the Grace Hopper Conference. The interview was offered on site and it was the final round of interviews. The overall experience was pretty engaging. Mostly behavioral questions. However, some high-level conceptual, technical questions were also asked throughout the interview.
