What is one challenge you faced when entering a new job position and how did you handle it?
As long as you are prepared and understand your position description and have necessary technical skills for that position you will do okay. Very friendly interview process. So be prepared and have a good interview.

Interview
First round interview was just a getting to know you with a few behavioral questions thrown in. Casual just make sure you have a "story." Then I went to the corporate office and did more behavioral questions there.
