A phone call with questions on how you deal with situations. Experience, availability, describe yourself. Employee etiquette, salary payment. Situations you have experienced. Background. 20 minutes of a phone call and then they would email you the process.

Just asked me who I was, if I was availible for hollidays and thats about it. It was a really plesant interview but very fast paced, make sure to get your first impression down pat.

In-person interview focused on behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, handling customers, and multitasking. Other customer service basic questions and responses. A lot of how to and situational questions.
Just normal questions. Was not hard. Mostly talked about my pass jobs. I cant say more about it. I would say apple for a job . If you like people and like to talk you will like it.
