I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Menomonee Falls, WI) in Apr 2015
Interview
Very informative yet conversational. Everyone was beyond nice. If you do some research on the company and prepare a little before the interview then you will be fine. You will have a dinner the night before which will allow you to meet your group members in which you will have the group interview with. Overall, it was fun!
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
Two day event. Multiple interviews in round robin style, Interviews were with different managers as well as recruiters. Dinner at night with recruiters. Second day was a presentation of benefits and company culture.
Simple process with good support from HR! Typical questions around who you are, why you're here, why they should hire you and more. Behavioral questions as well to understand how you may respond or react in a certain situation based on your past experience.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kohl's
Interview
It was a good experience overall. I was interviewed by two different people on the same day. The women I interviewed with were merchandise analysts within the company. It's good to be prepared and having experience with data/spreadsheets/basic retail math is very helpful.
