Went through kohls and sephora based questions with the store manager than was called back to interview with the district manager. They like to get a good feel for the person they are hiring not just qualifications which is respectable for a business, and allows then to build great teams

Interview
I had a phone interview with HR rep from corporate and scheduled an in-person interview for less than a week later. Showed up to the store and after waiting for 10 minutes was told by a manager than the position was filled and there would be no interview. No call or email to notify me of this. So disrespectful and shows how dysfunctional this company is. I will never be applying at kohls again.
