I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Lancaster, OH) in May 2015
Interview
I applied online, about two weeks later I got a call to schedule an interview. It was a group interview with three other people, and the interviewer asked several questions and we all got a chance to answer. Waited over a week and they called to set up a second interview. This time, it was a one on one interview with the store manager, and the exact same questions were asked as before. I was under the impression that I got the job, however over a week later I received an email saying that I did not get the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Austin, TX)
Interview
I had a remotely easy interview process that went pretty quick. They asked the average questions, but the pay was not the best so I did not go with them.

Can you name a time you had to show good teamwork?
scheduled Zoom interview TWICE and both times, I waited in appropriate "room" and no one from Kohls "showed up". I even called the local store and asked if I should keep waiting, who ever answered checked and they said yes, they will be right with you. I waited over 30 minutes each time.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fort Smith, AR) in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview was completely online, and I spoke with someone from HR. The interview was incredibly short and lacked much substance. The interview consisted of basic questions about when I would be available, but also included a personal question about going out of my way to help somone. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
