Interview
Applied online and a day or two later i was scheduled for an interview over email. The interview was through a phone call and was very quick. I just told them about myself while showing my personality and they asked when i could start, i told them the next day, they said i got the job. Went in the next day and was given my badge and filled out paper work + did some online training before doing hands-on training.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
