I arrived at the interview atleast 30 mins before. I walked around the store just to waste time and get the feel of the store. I also bought a couple of outfits for my newborn. When the lady finally was ready to interview me i went in and sat down. She asked me questions like why do i want to work there? Give an example of when i had to go out my way to help a person. How did i handle a difficult situation with a customer?

How did i handle a difficult situation with a customer?
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
