Just a quick 30 minute phone call with hiring manager, where he asked behavioral questions like Tell me about a time you failed, showed leadership, why Kohls. Just be enthusiastic and you are good to go.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
