Applied online. I got an email to set up a 20-minute Zoom interview. My interviewer was a little bit late to the zoom. When she hopped on, I was taken aback by how dressed down she was. Right away, she informed me she was going to ask me about 5–6 questions, and when we were done, if I had questions to ask, I could do it then. We had no pleasantries. She didn't tell me anything about the position. She didn't ask me about myself or my work history. She dove right into these questions. She wanted to know why I wanted to work at Kohls. Asked a couple of customer service behavior questions. This was a seasonal position, I feel like you want to have ppl who have experience and could learn quickly. Why not ask what they did and ease into getting to know someone. I have a lot of experience and full availability. I live 10 mins away. I was looking to make cash over the holidays. I would have been equally thrilled to be kept on. My interview lasted only 8 mins, maybe she had somewhere to be. It was such an underwhelming, dry and inhospitable event.
