Kohl's MMJ Sales Associate interview questions

Applied online and then received an email to schedule an interview. My first job interview and I was very nervous. Arrived early, but the hiring manager showed up about 20 minutes late. Although she was very nice and asked very basic interview questions and my nerves were easily settled. Overall, nice experience, but I was told I most likely wouldn't be getting the job because I'm still in high school and don't have flexible hours. Received a rejection email about a week later.

The interview is about 8-10 questions targeted towards determining the applicant's customer service skills and personality. I was asked a lot of "What would you do if a customer came to you and said..." type questions. After the interview, they informed me that I was a good fit and they would submit my information for a background check and once the background check cleared they would call me to begin employment.
