I applied online and was left with nothing for months. I am sales associate in their retail stores, so my store manager sent in a referral. Within days of this, I received an email from a recruiter and had a call discussing the position. After this, they set you up with a video interview. My interviewer's video was not working so this ended up being a phone call. The woman was extremely rude and it was made clear that I was not up to her standards from the beginning of the conversation. Afterwards, you complete a retail math test that is actually very easy, but the format and length of time given for it is extremely inadequate. You are given 20 minutes to answer 20 questions that require a lot of written-work. The questions are also not all displayed at once, so you can't skip through to do the easier ones first like you can on any normal quiz, making the process take longer than it needs to. I could tell five minutes into the interview that the girl did not like me so I was not surprised when I was met with a rejection letter by the end of the following week. The next steps would have been an in-person round of interviews at corporate.
