Kohl's Sales Representative interview questions

My interview was shared with 8 other people, interviewer said this lot was small compared to what she's used to processing. So be prepared for a mass interview. Pretty simple and straightforward process but little room to offer up any relevant experience. At the end they asked what positions we would be interested in, and the answers from that one question is all they wrote notes about.

It was about a 15 minute interview held over the phone. The interviewer asked pretty standard interview questions, such as availability and past experiences. Job offer was emailed 3 days later.
