Kohl's Seasonal Stockroom Operations Associate interview questions

Waited 10 mins before I called store. They didn't have any information about me or my resume. Asked me vague work experience questions since they didn't have my resume. Conversations seemed to be going well til asked what the job entailed. Was told I would start a a cashier, then sales associate, then basically go where needed. Which is nowhere near what I expected or applied for. Was told them position i applied for doesn't exist and what they described is how it goes in the store. Left feeling confused but still interested since they location fits my communte.
