The first interview was online. You are given a question, about a minute to think about your answer, and then you respond via video recording. The company reviews your answers, and if they find them satisfactory you will receive an invite for a follow-up phone call.

Simple, it was an online interview where you record your answers. It gives 30 seconds of think time for you to craft your answer. It was about 8 questions, the interview is about 15 minutes.

Interview
Seamless and quick interview process and onboarding. Only two interviews, offer was given during the second interview. Questions were simple and easy to answer. Super friendly staff. Clear and straightforward process.
